Art in the Ballpark

Basic Entry Requirements:

1. The theme of the artwork must have something to do with baseball, whether it be the history, the ball parks, the players or fans, the food, the equipment, etc.
2. 2-dimensional pieces must be framed securely, wired and ready to hang on art panels. Overall dimensions for 2-D work cannot exceed 40” x 40”. 3-D must be no heavier than one person can handle safely. Artists are encouraged to provide their own pedestal or appropriate display stand to accompany the piece.
3. Artists entering the exhibition will be required to purchase two general admission tickets as their ENTRY FEE ($10), when they bring their art to the ballpark. 4. Up to four pieces of art can be submitted by an individual artist. Themed series are encouraged.
5. Artwork will be received on Friday, August 29, from 9am to 10:30am at Bosse Field. Pick-up for displayed work will be AFTER THE GAME or on Monday, September 1, 10 – 12 noon, at the Arts Council.
